Pet Urine on Mattress

  1. Strip bedding and blot up as much urine as possible — press firmly with layers of paper towel.

  2. Apply white vinegar solution (1:1 with water) with a cloth, blot, don't saturate.

  3. Mix 8 oz hydrogen peroxide + 3 tbsp baking soda + 1 tbsp dish soap.

  4. Apply this mixture to the stain, working it in gently.

  5. Sprinkle baking soda over the area and leave until completely dry (4–6 hours minimum).

  6. Vacuum thoroughly. Point a fan at the mattress.
